Hi. My name is Vanessa.

I have to confess... I lose my cool sometimes. I'm not proud of it, but it happens. 

Parents, I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. Those sweaty-palm, clenched-fist, tense shoulder moments where all you can see is RED.  Those “I give up!” moments.  Those moments where you give the kids a consequence, only to think, “Shoot, I can’t follow through on that...”
